Phantom Blade Zero Editions: Standard vs Deluxe

Both editions' official content lists, the pre-order early-unlock items, the in-game-progression wording, and the one US price verifiable at check.

Quick Answer

Standard = full game + two pre-order early-unlock items (also obtainable in-game). Deluxe adds two exclusive outfits, a digital artbook and the OST. Steam US lists the standard edition at $59.99; other prices were not verifiable at check.

The two digital editions (official lists)

S-GAME’s pre-order page displays both editions. Verbatim content, checked 2026-09-23:

Standard Edition

  • Full Game
  • Early Unlock Accessory: Treasure Basin (Pre-order Bonus)
  • Early Unlock Outfit: Legacy (Pre-order Bonus)

Deluxe Edition

  • Full Game
  • Early Unlock Accessory: Treasure Basin (Pre-order Bonus)
  • Early Unlock Outfit: Legacy (Pre-order Bonus)
  • Deluxe Edition Exclusive Outfit: Wulin Legend
  • Deluxe Edition Exclusive Outfit: Blood-Steel Form
  • Digital Artbook
  • Digital Soundtrack (OST)

The “in-game progression” wording, quoted precisely

Under both edition cards the official page states: “The above content can also be obtained through in-game progression.” The August 11 pre-order blog scopes the same promise explicitly to the two early-unlock items: “Pre-ordering Phantom Blade Zero grants early unlock of the Treasure Basin accessory and the Legacy outfit. Both items can also be obtained through in-game progression.”

What that means in practice: the two pre-order items are time-savers, not exclusives. How the broader sentence applies to the Deluxe-only outfits and the artbook/OST is not further specified by the page — the safe reading is the blog’s scoped one, and this page will not claim more than the wording supports.

Prices: what was actually verifiable

Store / edition Price at check (2026-09-23)
Steam (US), Standard US$59.99
PlayStation Store US, Standard US$59.99
PlayStation Store US, Digital Deluxe US$69.99
Steam (US), Deluxe Not verifiable at check
Epic Games Store Not verifiable at check (commerce JS-gated)

Prices are store-, region- and time-specific. The PS Store figures come from a browser-rendered read of the US page; they do not transfer to other regions or stores. The blank rows are an honest “could not verify today”, not a claim that pricing does not exist.

Which one to pick

If you only want the game, the Standard edition is the complete game — the pre-order items arrive through play either way. The Deluxe extras are cosmetic and collectible in nature (two outfits, artbook, OST); whether that is worth the difference is a preference call, and this page does not manufacture a verdict without prices for the upgrade gap.
