Phantom Blade Zero Combat: What Is Officially Confirmed

The officially shown combat pillars — weapon switching, Phantom Edges, parries and summons — with preview facts kept separate from release verification.

Quick Answer

Officially shown pillars: 30+ switchable main weapons, 25 Phantom Edges, parry/deflect flows, summons for support and gear-based builds. Deeper mechanics pages land here after release verification.

The pillars the developer has actually shown

The August 17 official deep dive is the anchor source. What it establishes:

  • Weapon switching — more than 30 main weapons, two equipped at once, swapped mid-combo.
  • Phantom Edges — 25 secondary weapons equipped alongside your main weapon; see weapons.
  • Summons — battle support summons are part of the shown kit.
  • Builds — weapons can be upgraded and paired with accessories.

Parries and deflects are all over the official footage; the timing windows and frame data are not in any official text, so this page does not invent them. Mechanic-specific pages (Sha-Chi, parry windows, attack colors) will link from here once they can be verified against the release build — not before.

What this page is not

It is not a complete release combat guide. Competitor wikis already describe details (meter recovery, exact windows) — those descriptions conflict with each other, and until the release build can be tested, repeating them here would be dressing up hearsay as a guide.
